We use personal data to provide the service, maintain saved chat context, operate accounts and billing, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Access to conversations
We access message or account data only when necessary for:
- Support (when you request help)
- Abuse prevention (investigation of abuse, spam, or policy violations)
- Legal compliance (lawful requests and legal obligations)
How We Protect Your Data
- Data in transit uses industry-standard TLS where supported
- Stored data uses access controls limited to operational need
- We maintain and update security controls on an ongoing basis
If we learn of a serious incident affecting personal data, we take steps required by law and notify affected users where required by law.

Cookies and location
Cookies and local storage support sign-in, preferences, and basic usage measurement. Location data, if provided, is used only to answer location-related prompts.
Other notices
- Do Not Track: not currently honored
- International processing: data may be processed in the U.S. and other provider regions
- Children: not intended for users under 13
- Policy updates: material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app or email notice
