Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the service for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, please contact us at support@y-smart.chat for a full refund. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

Beta Features

New features marked as beta are experimental and may change, be unavailable, or have issues. Use them at your own discretion and share feedback if you can.

Changes to These Terms

Warranty Disclaimer

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is strictly limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100 - whichever is greater.
